Content networks

A content network is a group of sites that provide information in the form of text, video, and audio while also allowing advertisers to post ads along with it. These are the group of websites on which Google AdWords allows contextual advertising.

You need to pay some amount to the websites for the placement of your ads. There are two ways in which you can make payments one is the CPM(cost per impression), and other is the CPC(cost per click) basis.

Content networks is a great way to connect ads with keywords and search engine optimization. It is an excellent option for small businesses who are not sure on how much investment they need to make for their advertising. They can begin small and subsequently decide if they want to invest in this type of advertising or not.
