SMM using LinkedIn

LinkedIn is one of the most underrated social media marketing that many businesses are prone to ignore. But, let me tell you according to reports, 64% of the visits to corporate websites originate from LinkedIn making it a lead magnet.

A company profile on LinkedIn not only helps you with the local leads but it helps you to draw global leads.

Use your logo as the profile image and add an apt description of yourself in the description box. Be precise, professional and compelling in your description to create a positive impact on the viewer.  It is best to have a 100% complete profile to gain a few more brownie points.

Also, the information that you add in a description and About us section help you with the LinkedIn search filters. LinkedIn also recommends to use keywords in the About us section as it helps with the online searches.

Once you have set up your profile try to create more and more links to your company page through blog posts or from your website.

Create actionable content:

Actionable content always works so try to create content that helps to build curiosity and compels the user to click on the link. For example, if you want to promote your blog, then you should share a tad bit of content of your blog that incites curiosity of the user and makes him click the link.

Create content that stands out from the crowd and is useful for the users in some or the other way.

Always remember “Content is the king.”

Use matched audience feature to retarget and send ads, sponsored content to the profitable and highly selective audience.  It helps you to retarget website visitors, upload existing accounts or add new email ids of your new visitors. Retargeting is important because none of the visitors convert in their first visit.

LinkedIn Groups:

LinkedIn also comes with a group feature that helps the users to create their industry-specific groups and invite like-minded people to join it.

You can share your thoughts, ideas, ask questions or suggestions from people of your industry and participate in conversations. It is another excellent way to attract leads to your business.
