Reporting and Analysis

Reporting and analysis is a crucial step to get the best out of your marketing efforts. Reporting helps you to determine the effectiveness of your social media campaign. There are four types of different report that can help you with your campaigns.

1.)    Daily dashboard: The day to day analysis of your social media campaigns. When we talk about social media, then even a day is a long day that can have a lot of changes. You need to determine every activity that happens in a day so that you can react to it proactively and improve your marketing efforts.

2.)    Weekly KPI report: A weekly report that depicts the weekly performance of your social media posts. It usually provides details such as total acquisition, engagement rate, conversion, retention, overall impressions and more.

3.)    Monthly roll-up report: It helps to determine your performance over a month. It details you about how was your performance in the current month as compared to the previous one. These reports are generally reviewed by the senior management teams so more the metrics more the questions.

4.)    Quarterly strategy review:  This reporting is more about prioritization, insight and action. It helps to determine whether your current strategy is working or not and is it good enough to fit your marketing needs. It helps you to determine whether your current plan needs changes for improving the performance in the next quarter.
